Dunemander:

The Dunemander would be a new addition to the barren Minecraft deserts. It is a salamander-like creature with four lizard-like legs and skin that blends in with the sand. These creatures will be a new threat to face while going through the deserts. During the day, they will be asleep underground, but a particle effect will warn you of their presence. At sunset, they will resurface, attacking all players and rabbits, as well as anything that attacks it. (It will attack you in the day, too, but only if you walk over or near it. When you get out of range, it will go back to sleep.)

Vineling:

Vinelings can be found in jungles in swamps. They are small humanoids made of vines which will amble around these areas with a bamboo spear. (They do drop bamboo, but not the weapons.) They will go on the offensive and attack the player unless the player drops a cake. The Vinelings will become neutral, placing down the cake (their weakness lol) and dancing around it, with a small chance of dropping rare items. Once they have finished the cake, they will become hostile again and attack the player.
